What are the requirements for the Art and Cultural Heritage Golden Visa??
To apply for an Art and Cultural Golden Visa in Portugal in 2024, you will need a valid passport; proof of health insurance coverage in Portugal; a clean criminal record from the country where you lived for the last year, before submitting the application, and proof of the investment deposit in the form of a declaration, that the investment in a project eligible for the Golden Visa is fully paid.

You will also need to fill out an application submission form issued by SEF, Portugal's immigration service. After your residence is approved, to maintain it, you must stay in Portugal for a period of 14 days every 2 years.
