Ece Erguney

Legal Counselor

With an international legal background and experience in EU migration, asylum and foreigners law, Ece is currently based in Lisbon, where she is pursuing a PhD in Law at Universidade NOVA de Lisboa. She also holds an LLM in Human Rights from the University of Oxford.

Her experience in client-facing legal work, cross-border matters and the preparation of documentation for visa and residence permit procedures will be a valuable addition to our team.

At SjF, Ece will have a key role in the operational management of our immigration cases, working closely with our Management and Legal Coordination teams.

Her responsibilities will include:

Day-to-day management and monitoring of client cases;
Continuous management and updating of our CRM;
⁠Collection and organisation of client documentation;
Preparation and delivery of client checklists;
Client follow-ups and deadline management;
Preparation of cases for legal review;
⁠Operational management of Golden Visa and D Visa applications, including D7 and D8;
⁠Ongoing client support throughout the different stages of their immigration process;
⁠Operational management of our fingerprinting service for US clients.
