
Rodrigo de Oliveira
Açores Representative
Rodrigo de Oliveira is a Portuguese lawyer admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in January 2002 and currently practicing at FORO – Law Office, in Ponta Delgada, Azores.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Lisbon, a master's degree in international relations from the University of the Azores and postgraduate in Divorce, Inventory, and Partition of assets.
He is also a Guest Lecturer at the University of the Azores, contributing to academic activities in the fields of european affairs and international law.
Throughout his career, he has held senior public positions within the Regional Government of the Azores, including Director for European Affairs and External Cooperation and Regional Undersecretary of the Presidency for External Relations. His responsibilities covered European Union affairs, immigration, international cooperation and relations with Azorean communities abroad.
He was also Member of the Board of Directors of FLAD - Luso-American Development Foundation from 2019 to 2024 and President of the Municipal Assembly of Lagoa from 2021 to 2025.
